It worked after installing this: GStreamer plugins for mms, wavpack, quicktime, musepack
from the Ubuntu Software Center. The thing is, in synaptic, when I type "mms", the libmms0 package appears, and not this one. I also had already installed ubuntu-restriced-extra, shouldn't these plugins have been installed along that package?
