Hi John, Looking at your attached screenshot, it would appear to be as sharp as expected. I suspect the image appears differently on each of our displays.
Therefore, this seems to be a configuration issue. I would recommend trying different resolutions and refresh rates. If possible, try and find your 'native resolution' fo your monitor and try that. As this doesn't appear to be a bug in itself i will 'reject' it. However, if you need support on trying different resolutions i would recommend either joining Ubuntu support chat (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InternetRelayChat), the forums or the 'support' section on the left hand side. If the support channels are unsuccessfull, then i request that you re- open this as a 'bug'.
