The device causing the suspend failure is a Pinnacle PCTV HD Stick USB
2.0 NTSC/ATSC tuner.  When suspending, the Asus Eee PC 900A netbook
freezes if the device is plugged into a USB port.  If the device is
detached prior to suspend, suspend/resume works normally.
