I have exactly the same annoying bug in my mini 9. I think it was resolved in one update in Alpha5 but now in Beta with all the updates it is the same problem. I have 1024x660 resolution. The highest that supports the mini 9. I happens in "System" and in "Folders" sections. I attach screenshots.
