There's no ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/oauth-login.log ? That would be very strange, especilaly if the applet can run at all. If you run ubuntuone- client-applet in a terminal does it exit with an error? Does the oauth- login.log appear in the log directory then? Thanks.
