screenshot of ubuntuone client sitting disconnected with an exclaimation mark in the tray and the greyed out notification indicating it is updating files after booting up. Can someone tell me how to get to a fresh install - removing everything related to ubuntuone (client, python libs, couch evolution plugin,, et al) does not help.
