Just a thing: I've tried to modify and the save documents originally created with Word and everything is OK. I thought that the problem may had something to do with the fact that I've used these notes, but I have created a new document and could save it as Word, and after introducing a note I could save it normally... Therefore, the problem won't apply to every document saved as word, but it has already happened to me a few times.
