I'm also having same problem (some buttons stay pressed - don't work) with updated Karmic 64-bit.
I'm having problems with eclipse downloaded directly from www.eclipse.org The solution was the trick setting env var GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1 before laucnhing eclipse bin.
