The evolution contacts are not being synced yet, but the team is working
on making that happen very soon. As for the /contacts page, access to it
is still restricted, so you won't be able to access the page until the
syncing is available. Closing this bug for now, please re-open it if,
when the syncing mechanism is in place, you don't see contacts in the
web UI
