Mira, mejor desinstala el flash que instalaste con sinaptic e instala esta version, sigue los pasos que ahi ten indican en esta liga http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10/releasenotes_64bit.html#install aqui te lo explico en español como yo le hice
1. Desinstala flash con synaptic si lo instalaste con sinaptic o mediante el archivo .deb 2. Descargate este plugin http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html 3. Has que se vean los archivos ocultos de tu carpeta personal presionando simultaneamente "Ctrl H" 4. En esta ruta: home/usuario/.mozilla/ creas una carpeta que se llame "plugins" sin las comillas 5. En la carpeta "plugins" descomprime el archivo que descargaste en el paso 2 6. Reinicia tu firefox y listo.
