After more testing I can give more details. If I uninstall firefox and then install abrowser then all goes well. If I have firefox installed and try to install abrowser, then synaptic complains as explained in the original report. Explicitly installing abrowser-3.5-branding requires uninstalling of firefox, firefox-3.5-branding and ubufox. Maybe synaptic don't want to do this when abrowser-3.5-branding is required as a dependency. Is this expected behavior? -- abrowser depends on abrowser-3.5-branding but it won't be installed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/453616 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
