Please remove all plugins/add-ons/extentions and add them one by one until you
find out what one is causing this.
Which flash package do you have installed?
Which Java package do you have installed?
Which firefox extensions do you have installed?
can you please either paste the about:plugins page you get when you type
about:plugins in the browsert address bar. or you can save it and attach
it here.
