Well I got another guy on the ubuntu-fr.org forum that confirm tis behaviour :
Some applications windows get the wrong size in UNR 9.04 and not in normal Ubuntu 9.04. I did not try UNR 9.10 since I use this on my work laptop, but again normal 9.10 is still ok.
