The new redirect to the ReportingBugs wiki is a recent change to help
educate people before they file a bug. You can read more about it at
http://fridge.ubuntu.com/node/1908 . This was done to encourage people
to file a bug using apport or similar methods so that bug reports have
enough information. If you must use the Launchpad interface though, you
can disable redirection using this link:
