Hello again. I am only using the MSN protocol. I guess the "people near me" thing is also enabled, but I could never figure out how to actually use that for anything.
SO anyway, I have attached a screenshot of the menu that does not work. As you can see, I am connected to msn and I see my contacts. I just tried again this morning, and it still does not work.
