Public bug reported: Binary package hint: cracklib2
Get "Errors were encountered when processing: cracklib-runtime" This happens whenever I try to install new packages in Synaptic Package Manager in Ubuntu 9.04. In this case I was installing Quanta. I had to do CTRL + C to halt and continue the process.
