Are you seeing any information under status tab of HP Device Manager / Tollbox when the printer frozen? When the printer is frozen, is printer is in "start state" (First button) under "Printer Control" tab of Device Manager? We need some log information to figure it out 1. Please set the cups log level to debug2 Open the file /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and set the LogLevel attribute value to debug2 Restart the Cups (execute "/etc/init.d/cups restart" 2. Please remove all file under "/var/log/cups" directory 3.
