Hi Dave >By the way Friday the 9ths cd worked across the board I went digging a bit through launchpad (which has many areas I have never seen before) and found this: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu/karmic/mountall/ubuntu/revision/91 shows a new mountall 0.2.1 being released early saturday morning. Just early enough to make it onto saturdays live image (which did not work for me), I assume. So fridays image beeing good is another pointer at mountall being the culprit.
>But looking at them they both have fixes out in the wild. Could it be that you are mixing up "fix commited" and "fix released"? Looking at the timing in bug 448981 Scott marked it "fix committed" once he was convinced that Steve's branch had the fix. That was still a long way from "in the wild" from my user perspective. Only a few hours ago did it reach the package archives. have fun testing :-) btw: I really like the new way of iso-testing that zsync and grub2's loopmount are making possible. So much faster than CDs. -- Ubuntu has no gdm and no xsplash on todays iso https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/449454 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
