I just wanna make sure whether this is a regression. Can you wake up in old kernel? And could you please help us to test the latest Karmic 9.10 kernel which should be 2.6.31-13 now. And If it is possible, it would be great to then also test the latest upstream mainline kernel available. This will allow additional upstream developers to examine this issue. Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds .
And from the oops message, it looks like a serial tty bug which should be fixed in recent kernel update. please help us to test. Thanks in advance. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000003c https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/442053 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
