The supplied driver is "Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba" - The laptop is not a toshiba though.
The driver comments "... is a software tool used to configure a variety of settings between the PC and the Bluetooth device" There is a "wireless switch", which at least controls the WIFI, was tested in both positions. Bluetooth was tested with this switch in both positions.
