Binary package hint: pidgin
I have a very large contact list in one of my MSN login IDs (about 700
contacts).
I can log in with multiple IDs no problem, but as soon as I log in with this
one, Pidgin closes.
Pidgin does not do this in the windows version (XP or Vista).
Other messengers under Linux work fine with the same contact list (login ID),
just not pidgin.

pidgin crashes when I log in with an account that has 700 contacts. does not
do same under windows. msn and others work fine with the contact list.
