Unfortunately, I cannot see anything wrong right now. You can try using Sun Java to run Eclipse, if that helps. This is not really a solution, but can help you in this particular case.
If the problem persists, there might be problem with the python scripts used by pydev to do the actual autocompletion. Some debugging info can be obtained by running Eclipse from the command line and also in the Eclipse log (Help > About Eclipse SDK > Configuration Details > View Error Log). If you find any info that may help solving the issue, please paste it here.
