Public bug reported:

I have tried Ubuntu Netook Remix 9.04, and it seems to me that some
application get the wrong resolution info resulting in windows being to
big for the screen or to small in fullscreen mode.

Inkscape do show tat issue :

if the windows is not maximized, then its height is too big, preventing
to access the bottom buttons, and there is an inability to move the
window in an other way.

If the window is maximized, then it still has the too big height but
curious thing is that it also has a too small width.

I do not know if the problem with Evolution window size is linked to
this.

As far as I know, normal version of Ubuntu do not show this problem,
only UNR, and only some apps
