I did the updates manually, but I still get "You do not have the
necessary privileges to perform this action" when KDE attempts automatic
recommended updates. There is no crash or error report.

1. Click icon in lower right corner that suggests packages to install to make 
KDE "better for multimedia"
2. Tell it to install packages. This part works.
3. Next, it says dependencies have been generated by the previous installation, 
and offers to install them.
4. Clicking "Select All Packages" followed by "Apply" generates the "You do not 
have the necessary privileges to perform this action" message and the updates 
do not install.

Apologies if this is still a duplicate, but I read over Bug # 436748 and
did not see anything about this.
