Clearly, I was too stupid to scroll to the bottom and see the special info for universe. Sorry for any time was wasted on this bug so far. Here are the required files.
Notes: ("current version" refers to the version in Feisty per 2007-02-14 (0.4.1+20070108-1), and "requested version" is 0.5-1 from Debian Sid main) Looking at the svn changelog it's clear that this update consists of a *lot* of bugfixes interwoven with quite some feature additions. The NEWS file mentions some new features, but since the current version is a pre-release of the requested version, some of the features mentioned in the NEWS file are *also* present in the current version. New bugs reported against the requested version will also be more likely to get proper attention from upstream since it's based on an actual release rather than a random svn checkout. I believe the amount of bugfixes and the maintainability advanteges justifies an UVF exception. Thank you. ** Attachment added: "diffstat between orig.tar.gz of the two releases." http://librarian.launchpad.net/6439073/diffstat.txt -- UVF: Please sync 0.5-1 from Debian https://launchpad.net/bugs/84017 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
