Again, this is not intel wlan problem, i have same problem with broadcom wifi. I can confirm same situation like Mohegan's. However i installed http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.31.3/ this kernel and it appears that there are no problems with switch( it had normal logic ).
