Thanks for your bugreport. this is the error that breaks the upgrade:
Richte vim-tiny ein (7.0-164+1ubuntu3) ... update-alternatives: Kann /usr/share/man/ru.KOI8-R/man1/vi.1.gz.dpkg-tmp nicht zu symbolischem Link auf /etc/alternatives/vi.ru.KOI8-R.1.gz machen: No such file or directory dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten von vim-tiny (--configure): Unterprozess post-installation script gab den Fehlerwert 2 zurück Richte vim-runtime ein (7.0-164+1ubuntu3) ... Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the problem here (neither with a edgy->feisty upgrade nor with a dapper->edgy->feisty upgrade). Is there anything "special" about your vi setup? Did you used update- alternatives to e.g. change the default vi?
