Same for me. I believe the problem lies in the wrong calculation of the virtual desktop-size.
I got two 1280x1024-Monitors, and in xorg.conf the follwoing parameter is set: "Virtual 2048 2048" It should be: "Virtual 2560 2048" If i change it manually, it works immediately. @Koterpillar: Your x-size seems to be to small.
