I have realized that kde4libs is related to: kdelibs-bin, kdelibs5. But they depend on kdelibs5-data which won't be installed (>= 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu1~ppa1~jaunty3). The same happens to me with plasma- widget-networkmanagement, which depends on network-manager (>= 0.8~).
I guess I have to wait a little bit...
