SVG's are saved in plain svg format and not Inkscape svg format.
These files don't contain any metadata. Check an svg with a text editor.
The proprietary option in Inkscape is choosed by default if no license
is being set.
Including the license in every svg will result in a much bigger filesize
of the iconset.
