You have both hard drive and squashfs (CD system) errors in that file.
You may want to check the physical memory on the machine (can be done
from the first boot screen of the CD). Please reopen if that is not the
case and you can reproduce this with a CD of version 6.10 or later -- we
also had a squashfs bug before 6.10 final was released. Thanks.
