Gavin: did this for a couple of tries. Deleted the Connection and recreated it. Did not solve it for me. I guess, there is a problem while retrieving a network address. In the WLAN-Routers log i can see the connection, but without a IP-Adress. This works without problem with the my other machines and Jaunty (KDE 4.3.1) running.
Alexander: how i can i boot another kernel? Grub 2 is not offering me a menu (not sure if it ever did). It just says that Grub is started, the screens runs blank and then i see the well known error "usb_id: unable to...." errors. Do i have to activate the menu somehow? Theres no option for hitting ESC or something. -- [karmic] Wireless Networking broken on acer aspire one with Karmic https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/433721 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
