FINALLY I HAVE THE FAIL. The cause this fail is HP INDEPENDENT control that alsamixer put on. If i put-off this control all sounds works fine. The "gnome-alsamixer" have a square option marqued wiht HP independet but no works and no take effect. Only works if you turn of on alsamixer control in console. I have several probes ( control with gnome-alsamixer, control with properties of pulseaudio, reboot the system and plug-unplug several times and whit most popular players ( mplayer, totem, audcious, vlc.....)), but only if a turn off HP INDEPENDENT cause that system works fine.
