Ok, after 6 reboots, the sound is back... I tried multiple things, i dont know what fix it
I removed ~/.pulse* and .gconf and other buch of configurations back... oh, and I had to change in sound properties to "Analog Stereo duplex" I did this before several times and it didnt work :) Any further test or anything that you want me to run to fix this, I can do it...
