Public bug reported: Binary package hint: amarok
Just updated to Karmic Beta und tried the included Amarok 2.1.90 version - and found a little annoying bug: Playing Last.fm streams is free for some countries including Germany where I happen to live. When trying to play a last.fs strem I get the error message I have to be a paying last.fm member - which is untrue. Don't know if this is fixed in 2.2.0 which has been released nor if this is a kubuntu specific problem - it is one nevertheless ;-) ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Sun Oct 4 21:46:27 2009 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/amarok Package: amarok 2:2.1.90-0ubuntu1 ProcEnviron: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-11.38-generic SourcePackage: amarok Uname: Linux 2.6.31-11-generic i686 ** Affects: amarok (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 -- last.fm plugin demands being a paying last.fm member though not necessary https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/442521 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to amarok in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-b...@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
