Really sad that disabling rfkill and powersave not working out for you guys. In my case after patch i haven't have had single disconnect whatsoever. Before patch I was getting disconnects every minute sort off (i didn't manage to note exact duration, but as soon as heavy load after 4-5 mb data it would get disconnect). Problem had existed with 2.6.31 2.6.31.1 (both compiled my own).
