I tries next steps: 1. with network-manager-applet disconnected my wireless connection 2. pluged in my usb hsdpa modem 3. with network-manager-applet connected to my provider 4. connection was successfully 5. i downloaded some web page 6. with network-manager-applet disconnected the hsdpa connection 7. I stopped the network-manager ( # stop network-manager ) 8. kill modemmanager process ( pkill -9 modemm ) 9. pluged out my usb device After that my system was not freez. But if I did not stop network-manager and plugged out my usb device the system freezed.
