Thanks Pedro for your reply. Until now I have solve my problem by installing Konqueror AND Dolphin and using Dolphin as my filemanager. They only do the job, when both are installed. Within a week or two I will try Karmic on a USB-stick to see the improvements. I let you know about the results.
