When starting a video file in mplayer-nogui in karmic, there are several mysterious subtitle font errors. Here they are; New_Face failed. Maybe the font path is wrong. 1 ??% ??% ??,?% 0 0 Please supply the text font file (~/.mplayer/subfont.ttf). subtitle font: load_sub_face failed. New_Face failed. Maybe the font path is wrong. Please supply the text font file (~/.mplayer/subfont.ttf). subtitle font: load_sub_face failed. The video file being played does not have subtitles. Perhaps add a default font, or some kind of default configuration change?
