Binary package hint: mplayer-nogui
Not sure if this exists in the gui version as well. When you start
playing something with mplayer, it no longer disables the screensaver.
In previous versions, it printed a little message like "Disabling
screensaver" before playing. Now, it doesn't, and fades to screensaver
while playing.
