hi, i've updated my PPA ( https://launchpad.net/~frank- dekervel/+archive/ppa/ ) to latest kernel version. The commit above (c93f7c14) also seems to remove the same rfkill polling, so i have removed that part of my patch. My PPA is still built with disabled DEFAULT_PS, i guess the official ubuntu linux-backports-modules will soon be "good"..
