If this was fixed, it was also un-fixed. As of today, an up-to-date
Jaunty does not contain a dictionary that makes suggestions. Entering a
mis-spelled word results in an error, but no suggestion, while entering
a correctly-spelling word results in redundant suggestions varying only
in case. I've enclosed some screenshots showing the situation.

So what happened? Did they really fix this and then un-fix it? Or am I
doing something horribly wrong?
