Public bug reported:
When the laptop is suspended it goes to sleep. When the laptop is woken
up it goes through all the motions of waking up except the screen never
turns on and typing blindly to unlock X-Windows or logging in on a VT
does not appear to work. Pressing the power button to cause a shutdown
results in some disk activity but the system never shuts down.
The system is current with all patches for 9.10 Alpha 6
