Public bug reported:
with all latest feisty updated start up is 95% reliable without any boot option
changes in grub.
Running nv driver and seen segment fault core dump once.
when you log out screen goes blank and system crashes.
recovery mode start x and all is well, log out and screen blank and gnome login
welcome sound is in a loop with blank screen
