I have the same problem! Launching nm-applet on the console say: nm-applet: error while loading shared libraries: libnm-glib-vpn.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
In /usr/lib there is a libnm_glib_vpn.so.0 whit underscore, not dash, why?
