Jason et al, I was talking about this driver over at eeeuser's forums a bit and decided to swap it back in a couple nights ago. I feel like I haven't had a lot of testing, but it hasn't failed me yet, and it's completely unpatched... I'm not even using backports.
Version: 2.6.31-10.34 I wonder if it might work for you now? I'll keep on it, of course, myself, and report back if it decides to fail on me.
