Binary package hint: ibus
Even when the user has activated "Use system keyboard layout setting",
IBUS uses a QWERTY en layout (my default system layout it fr
alternative) for the "French - AZERTY".
Steps to reproduce the bug:
Install Karmic with a different layout than the default (for example AZERTY).
Activate IBUS input, then set the "Use system keyboard layout setting" on.
The default system layout will be used for inputing "Chinese - Pinyin",
but not for "French - azerty". Typing the A letter produces a Q key when
using "azerty", even though the right letter (A) appears when using
"Pinyin".
