Public bug reported:

I just upgraded from jaunty to karmic via 'update-manager -d', as usual.

After this upgrade, suddenly all my attempts to upgrade ('apt-get
upgrade', 'update-manager', etc.) give me big flashing warnings about
the packages being unauthenticated. I can install anyway, of course, but
it is annoying.

'apt-get update' does NOT give me any warnings about unauthenticated
Package files.

'apt-key list' still mentions the following keys:
/etc/apt/trusted.gpg
--------------------
pub 1024D/437D05B5 2004-09-12
uid Ubuntu Archive Automatic Signing Key <ftpmas...@ubuntu.com>
sub 2048g/79164387 2004-09-12

pub 1024D/FBB75451 2004-12-30
uid Ubuntu CD Image Automatic Signing Key <cdim...@ubuntu.com>

pub 1024D/428D7C01 2008-09-02
uid Ubuntu Debug Symbol Archive Automatic Signing Key
<ubuntu-arch...@lists.ubuntu.com>
sub 2048g/A2C2A7A5 2008-09-02

Did the key change? (If so, then I'd expect the upgrade to install the
new key for me.) Is something wrong with my apt?

This is with "apt 0.7.21ubuntu1 for amd64 compiled on Jun 15 2009
08:27:58".
