Public bug reported: Setting "Run a terminal" keybinding (to Ctrl-Alt-T) in "System - Parameters - Keybindings" gets forgotten each time I log out and log back in (it is set to "Off" there and doesn't work). The same happens on a fresh user account. I've also tried setting "Initiate window switcher" to Ctrl-Alt-E, it gets lost on next login as well.
