Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

I really love NetworkManager but one of the things that makes me use
Wicd is that there is no refresh button and there is a delay. This is
especially problematic when I am looking for a wireless network to
connect to in a unknown area. I could move, loose signal, and be trying
to connect to nothing, which is sometimes irritating.
